Tip: On Tuesdays and Fridays piste #1 and #2 at Großer Ötscher are open for all slope tourers from 16:30. All pistes are closed from 20:30.
In addition, slope tourers have the opportunity to explore the resort between 16:30 and 20:00 on the following days:
Use of parking, piste and route cost 8.00 Euro per person and per day. If you are a regular slope tourer consider purchasing our season ticket for 80.00 Euro.

1. Get in touch with nature. At an altitude of 1,893 m the peak of Ötscher towers above the Ybbstal Alps like a king. Here the folks say: “If you have not been on Ötscher, you have not seen Lower Austria!“ At the foot of the mountain you find the idyllic village of Lackenhof and Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park with its famous Ötschergräben (gorge system) and the impressive flowstone cave. Relaxing hours in the remote hideout are guaranteed!
2. Sport challenge at Ybbstal Alps. Are you looking for a demanding sport activity on the mountain? Slope touring is also a lot of fun.
