In case of a pandemic during the winter season of 2021/22 resulting in the official shutdown of all lifts and cable cars at the same time at the SunnyCard partner destinations in Upper and Lower Austria

we guarantee a pro rata refund of the SunnyCard if certain requirements are met.  

If, due to the pandemic, no skiing at all is possible in all partner ski areas in Upper and Lower Austria, during the entire winter season 2021/22, the entire purchase price minus a handling fee of € 25,00 for adult cards, will be credited as a credit for the SunnyCard in the season 2022/23.

Compensation for unvaccinated season ticket holders if vaccinated or vaccinated-recovered rule (1G- or 2G-Regelung) applies
In case our SunnyCard partner destinations in Lower Austria and in Upper Austria

are legally bound to transport only vaccinated or recovered passengers (1G- or 2-G-Regelung), those who are unvaccinated may apply for a compensation of the SunnyCard. The compensation can be applied for only after the end of the ski season 2021/22, unused ski days will be accordingly reimbursed (for more information see info sheet).
