FAQ about Hochficht ski resort

Everything you always wanted to know about the resort

Can I get a snowman ticket even when purchasing an hourly ticket?

Yes, snowman ticket for 4.00 Euro for children (b. 2011 and later) is available even for day- and hourly tickets. If parents purchase a multi-day ticket the rate of snowman ticket corresponds to the amount of the days selected, e.g. 3 days 12.00 Euro, 4 days 16.00 Euro etc.

Do I get a snowman ticket if the children are accompanied by their grandparents?

No, snowman tickets are only issued if the kids are accompanied by their parents.

I bought a day-ticket in presale, but I could not use the ticket. Will the ticket be valid even in the following season?

Presale tickets are always valid for 2 years. Find the validity date printed in bold on the face of the ticket, e.g. 05.19 (that is May 2019). If you are not sure whether you have already used the ticket, you can come to the ticket window to check it.

I bought a presale ticket. Do I have to unlock the ticket?

No, just precede to the lift facilities, no queuing at the ticket window.

I am a retiree and want to buy a season ticket? Do I get a concession?

The concession corresponds to the order date. If you order the ticket not later than Oct 31 the ticket is considerably cheaper than in November or December. You also have the option to buy a season ticket which is only valid from Monday to Friday. This will help you to save additional money.

Can I use season tickets also for night skiing?

Yes, you can!

Where can I order season tickets?

Directly at the ticket window in October when presales start or by sending an email to info@hochficht.at or at all branch banks of OÖ Raiffeisenbanken (Ö-Ticket).

Why does my Skiline inquiry not work anymore?

We have been offering a new service since start of season 2011/12:

iSki-Tracker – for real skiers. If you want to know the total of piste kilometres of your day on the slopes, iSki-Tracker is the perfect tool for you. Compared to the old system our new app uses GPS to measure the actual amount of piste kilometres, vertical metres etc. and no longer mean values.

I bought a Snow&Fun season ticket. Can I check the vertical metres on Skiline?

Yes, just click at the following link: Click here
