Do you love the mountains, meter-high walls of snow and the feeling of making turn after turn on the slopes? The SunnyCard is more than just a classic season ticket, because it allows you to enjoy skiing in eight ski resorts in Austria and South Tyrol.

When purchasing two SunnyCards Adult at the same time, parents living in the same household receive the SunnyCard Child free for their children born up to 2012, also living in the same household.

When purchasing a SunnyCard Adult, parents receive the SunnyCard Child free for their children born up to 2017 living in the same household.

How do you get your SunnyCard?
  • You can order it conveniently in the online store (not possible for children's free tickets)
  • or directly at the ticket counter
The following documents are required to issue the SunnyCard:
  • photos
  • For the issue of the "SunnyCard child free":
    Proof of family or copy of birth certificate
    • The "SunnyCard Child free" is not valid for the Mo-Fr Card and SunnyCard U 25.

The season tickets are valid on all operating days of the respective ski area in the 2026/2027 winter season.

Single parent & grandparent bonus

NEW since March 2026: A special package for single parents and grandparents now makes skiing trips with children and grandchildren even easier.

When you purchase a SunnyCard for an adult, you receive the SunnyCard for children (up to age 15, born in 2012) at half price. The package is only available in advance and when purchasing all tickets at the same time.

Important information:

  • This offer also applies to the SunnyCard PLUS.
  • Available online and at the ticket offices of SunnyCard sales outlets.
  • Proof of age for children required (up to 15 years old – born in 2012)
  • The Upper Austrian Family Card or Upper Austrian Grandparent Card and the children's birth certificates are accepted as proof.
  • Valid for up to 3 children.
  • Cannot be combined with the SunnyCard Monday–Friday or the SunnyCard U25.
  • Only available in advance sales.

As a single parent with a child under the age of 10, can I also benefit from the free ticket for children and the package for the second child?

The family benefits of the SunnyCard can also be combined! Single parents can therefore benefit twice over.
Grandparents cannot apply for a Child-Free Card.

How do I get the packages?

The packages are available online at SunnyCard sales outlets and at ticket offices.

As a single parent or grandparent, what proof do I need to provide for my (grand)children in order to claim the family bonus?

Proof of eligibility is provided by the Upper Austrian Family Card or Upper Austrian Grandparent Card, as well as the children's birth certificates.

I have more than 3 (grand)children—can I still take advantage of the packages with more than 3 children?

Each parent or grandparent can purchase a maximum of 3 discounted children's tickets as part of the package. For families with 1 or 2 parents (without a package), all of their own children are included, even if there are more than 3.

Can the package ticket only be used in conjunction with adult tickets?

Each SunnyCard is a separate season ticket, regardless of price, and can therefore be used independently of other cards.
