I bought the day ticket in advance, but unfortunately I couldn't redeem it. Is the ticket still valid for the next season?

Advance tickets are always issued for two years. The validity date is printed in bold on the front of the ticket, e.g. --.05.19 (i.e. May 2019). If you no longer know whether the card has already been used, you can take it with you to the ticket counter, where it can be read.

I bought the ticket in advance. Do I have to have the card activated at the ticket office?

No, you can go straight onto the slopes with the card and no longer need to go to the ticket office.

I am a pensioner and want to buy a season ticket. Do I get a discount?

The discount depends on the date of purchase. Until October 31, the season ticket is considerably cheaper than if you buy it in November or December. There is also the option of a season ticket, which is only valid from Mon-Fri and is even cheaper.

Are the season tickets also valid for night skiing?

Yes!

Where can I order the season tickets?

In the online store, by e-mail to info@hochficht.at, by post, or directly at the Skiarnea ticket offices (please note opening hours)

Why does the Skiline query no longer work?

A new service has been offered since the start of the 2011/12 winter season:

iSki-Tracker - for real skiers. If you want to know how many kilometers of slopes you have actually skied after a day of skiing, then the iSki-Tracker is the perfect tool. Because unlike the previous system, our new system uses GPS to measure the actual kilometers of slopes, vertical meters, etc. and not average values.

I have the Snow&Fun season pass. Can I call up the vertical meters I have skied using Skiline?

Yes, this is possible under the following link: Click here
