Withdrawal Information
Consumers only – not applicable to businesses
A consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which the consumer (or a third party other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, or
- in the case of partial deliveries: from receipt of the last item, or
- in the case of deliveries in several instalments: from receipt of the last instalment.
If the withdrawal is made in time, the consumer is no longer bound by the contract.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the withdrawal is sent before the 14-day period expires.
The adjacent withdrawal form can be used to cancel goods from the Hochficht fan shop.
Please note: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to all services offered (e.g. personalised ski tickets or accommodation). Separate terms apply to requests for refunds of ski tickets or season passes (e.g. due to injury or illness). Further information can be found under “Refunds” in the General Terms and Conditions.
A different form is available for the cancellation of vouchers.Unfortunately, the withdrawal form is only available in German.
