Using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and recorded by Google on servers in the United States. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymized”. Your IP address is abbreviated beforehand within EU Member States or in other states who are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Your full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full. In addition, you may prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:

In addition, or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking this link. An opt-out cookie will be installed on your device. This will prevent the collection by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser in the future, as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement sent by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords advertisers' websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.

If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the required setting of a cookie - for example via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies or sets your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com".

Please note that you cannot delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want to record measurement data. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Social Plug-ins
Our websites use social plug-ins of the providers listed below. The plug-ins can be recognized by the fact that they are marked with the appropriate logo.

These plug-ins may be used to send and possibly use information, including personal information, to the service provider. We do not collect personally identifiable information by means of social plug-ins or their use.

We have no control over what data an enabled plug-in collects and how it is used by the provider. At present, it must be assumed that a direct connection to the services of the provider will be developed and at least the IP address and device-related information will be collected and used. It is also possible that the service providers try to save cookies on the computer used. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective service provider to see which specific data is collected here and how it is used. Proof of low epidemilogogical risk for ski-pass-validity

In accordance with COVID-19 regulatory measures, persons wishing to use our lifts for recreational purposes must provide proof that they present a low epidemiological risk. Currently, this is in the form of “2G verification” (“2G” refers to the person being either vaccinated or recovered). The legal foundation for inspection of this verification by us is our legal obligation to conduct said inspection consistent with § 3 (2) (1) of the “3. COVID-19-Maßnahmenverordnung” (the 3rd version of the Austrian Federal Covid-19 regulatory statutes) in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. For the purposes of simplifying the inspection process with respect to multi-day tickets or full-season lift passes, 2G verification may be stored insofar as you give us your expressed consent to do so. That said, the legal foundation for the storage of 2G verification is your expressed consent consistent with Art 9 (2) (a) GDPR to the processing of health data. When using digital sales channels, the aforementioned consent may be expressed by means of a checkbox; when purchasing in person at one of our ticket windows, by signing a corresponding consent declaration in paper form. There exists no legal obligation to consent to storage of 2G verification. Instead of storage, 2G verification may be inspected on an individual basis on each occasion when you wish to enter the lifts. For the purposes of automated storage and inspection of 2G verification, we utilize the services of contracted service provider SKIDATA (SKIDATA Austria GmbH, Hochthronstraße 1–7, A-5083 Grödig/Salzburg). We have entered into a corresponding contracting agreement with the company SKIDATA consistent with Art. 28 GDPR, ensuring that your data are processed exclusively within the framework of that agreement. Further information about Skidata’s own privacy policy may be found at: https://www.skidata.com/de-at/datenschutz/. We will fundamentally only store your 2G verification for the validity period of your multi-day ticket or full-season lift pass. Furthermore, your data may be processed in order to assert or defend legal claims. You may revoke your consent by email at any time. Should you do so, this will in no way impact the legality of our having processed your data prior to the point of revocation.

Your Rights to Information, Correction, Blocking and Opposition

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to correct, block or, apart from the prescribed data storage for business transactions, deletion of your personal data. Please contact our data protection officer. The contact details can be found at the bottom.

For a data lock to be taken into account at all times, these data must be stored in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, as long as there is no legal archiving obligation. As far as such an obligation exists, we lock your data on request.

You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us with effect for the future.

Changes to our Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement from time to time to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, such as introducing new services. Your new visit will be subject to the new privacy policy.
