A different kind of golf on the Hutterer Böden
Disc golf combines fun, sport and closeness to nature. The game is played with a type of Frisbee - called a golf disc - which is thrown into disc golf baskets with as few throws as possible.
The disc golf course is open daily from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
The rules of the game
The basic rules are simple and very similar to ball golf
Whoever has the fewest throws after completing all the holes is the winner!
The game starts from the launching area of the respective lane. Play continues from where the throw landed. The game continues to the respective disc golf basket.
The player who needed the fewest throws on the previous lane always starts at the drop of a lane. After the throw-off, the player who is furthest away from the target continues playing, even if he needs a few more throws than his fellow players.
When the disc lands in the disc golf basket, the course is finished and the number of throws required is recorded. All holes on the course are completed in the prescribed order.
The fairways
The 9 disc golf courses are located at the middle station.
The Hutterer Böden can be easily reached with the 10-seater Hössbahn.
Tickets for disc golf are available directly on site at the Höss Salettl.
There is a short introduction for beginners at the practice basket, refreshing drinks and snacks.
A deposit of € 15.00 is charged for the rental discs - if you would like a souvenir, you can also buy a HIWU disc.
Discgolf eignet sich auch perfekt für einen Vereinsausflug.
