What the AlpineCard offers you
The AlpineCard is your personal key to exclusive benefits in Hinterstoder and on the Wurzeralm - all year round. It is personalized with your name, date of birth and photo and can be topped up online at any time with a valid ticket. So you can start your mountain experience straight away without having to wait.

Discount promotions, competitions & special offers are always available exclusively for AlpineCard holders. 
Tickets can be booked with or without registration. If you want more convenience, you can save personal data, manage additional tickets or add family members on my.booking&more.

What is the AlpineCard?

The AlpineCard is a Skidata KeyCard - personalized with your name, date of birth and photo.

How do you get the AlpineCard?

You can order the AlpineCard conveniently online - it will be sent to you directly by post. Unfortunately, there are currently no plans to collect it on site. Please allow a few days for delivery.

Who can purchase the AlpineCard?

The AlpineCard is available to anyone aged 14 and over and can be conveniently ordered online.

How can I use my benefits?

The AlpineCard benefits can be redeemed both online and on site. Online, you can benefit from exclusive discount codes that can be entered during the ordering process. On site, simply show your AlpineCard at participating partner businesses - such as Intersport Pachleitner or the HIWU restaurant - to receive the discounts.

Can I use my benefits even if I have not yet received my AlpineCard?

The AlpineCard benefits can only be used once you have received the physical card, as the QR code on the card must be scanned at the respective service partner on site. Please allow a few working days for the card to be sent by post.

Can I transfer tickets I have already booked to my AlpineCard at a later date?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer tickets already purchased online to the AlpineCard at a later date. We recommend that you use the AlpineCard during the purchase process so that you can take advantage of all the benefits straight away.

Can I add my family to my Booking&more account?

Yes, you can save the details of your family members and their KeyCards in your Booking&more account. This saves you having to re-enter data for future orders and saves valuable time.

As a parent, can I purchase an AlpineCard for my children?

For legal reasons, the purchase of an AlpineCard is only possible from the age of 14. However, you have the option of adding your children to your Booking&more account as additional persons and ordering regular tickets for them.
