The Panoramarestaurant Schareck, at 2,600 meters above sea level in the Heiligenblut am Grossglockner ski area, is looking for a motivated cook (m/f/d) with immediate effect. If you have a passion for gastronomy and enjoy cooking in a unique mountain landscape, then you've come to the right place!
Your tasks:
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our guests
- Creative co-design of our menu, which combines alpine and regional cuisine with modern influences
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Ensuring efficient merchandise management and warehousing
Your profile:
- Advantageous: Professional experience in the catering industry
- Creativity and passion for preparing regional dishes
- Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Reliability, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
- Experience in complying with hygiene standards (HACCP)

- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Billing and cash management (collection)
- Ensuring a smooth service process and compliance with quality standards
Your profile:
- Enjoy working in the catering industry and dealing with guests
- Knowledge of billing and cash register management (collection)
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and reliability
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
