The tour to Kasereck

From the west/south-west:
The Kasereck tour is a technically quite easy ski route that starts at the valley station of the Panoramabahn at Fallbichl and guarantees a scenic experience.
The tour takes you from the ski area to a quiet area on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Via this road you return to the Rossbach middle station.

The details:
At Fallbichl (Panoramabahn station), head towards Römerhütte, from where you have to pass to the left until you reach the valley floor of the Tauerntal. Once there, you cross a hiking trail to the Kasereck. Continue along the Glocknerstraße until you reach the winter barrier. At the barrier, a path above the road leads back to the middle station.

The tour to Fleisstal

East side of the Großglockner:
The tour to Fleisstal is a very challenging route starting at Schareck. It is only recommended for experienced skiers as it is quite steep in the upper section and ends at the dam at Fleissbach, from where you have to walk another ten minutes to the lift station.

The details:
The entrance is located near the Schareck mountain station, from where you turn into the route at the Tauern descent between avalanche barriers. Continue down the fantastic slopes to the bottom of the Fleisstal valley. Then it's time for the final spurt on skis! Put your skis on your shoulders and hike another ten minutes to the Fleissbahn.
