The data you provide is also required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures:

1. offers of the mountain railroads:

1.1 Ski ticket store - online purchase of mountain railroad tickets

The companies Feratel and Slopestars record the customer data in the ski ticket store and these are stored for the validity of the lift ticket for the purpose of fraud prevention. All personal data in orders that are older than one season are anonymized. Personal data is transferred to the Skidata system to create the tickets.

1.2 Skidata - customer data for ski tickets (purchase online or at the ticket office)

The address and a current photo are required for the purchase of season tickets. We would like to point out that the address and the photo are automatically deleted after the expiry of the validity and an offset time of 1095 days and the accesses are anonymized. Due to the specified offset time, the season ticket holder can purchase another ticket in subsequent years without having to recreate their data and photo. In this regard, the guest will receive a letter including an order form from the mountain railroads before the new validity period. The data of the season ticket holder will be used exclusively for the cable cars in the Grossglockner/Heiligenblut ski area and will not be passed on to third parties. The order forms will be deleted or properly disposed of after expiry of their validity at the latest.

1.3 Group information

In order to receive special discounts for e.g. bus groups, children's and youth groups as well as school groups and training groups, it is necessary to present a list of participants, including dates of birth, at the time of purchase. These lists will be deleted or disposed of immediately after the respective season.

1.4 Photocompare - Information according to §24 DSG 2000

Please note that for the purpose of access control, a reference photo of the ski pass holder will be taken when passing through a turnstile equipped with a camera for the first time. This reference photo is compared by the employees of the mountain railroads with the photos that are taken each time a turnstile equipped with a camera is passed through. The reference photo is deleted immediately after the ski pass expires, the other photos are deleted no later than 30 minutes after the respective turnstile has been passed through. In case of suspicion (misuse), the photo can be saved manually.

It should be noted that it is also possible to purchase ski passes that are technically configured in such a way that no photo is taken when passing through the turnstile, but in this case random checks by the employees of the mountain railroads must be expected.

1.5 Ski accidents - reports

The mountain railroads reserve the right to charge for the use of the piste rescue service. The information of the injured person (name, address, date of birth, accommodation, course of the accident, type of injury, accident site, transportation, slope and weather conditions, witness details) will be kept for 3.5 years for the preparation of the invoice and for any legal claims.
