But when does the mountain summer actually start in the Pyhrn-Priel region and from when to when are the lifts open every day? Opening hours summer 2026
Daily operation:
Hössbahn: June 20 - September 13, 2026 | 24 October–1 November
The Höss Express will operate on a weekend schedule on Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th. Due to additional maintenance work required, continuous operation is expected to begin on July 10th.
Hössbahn gondola lift operating hours:
9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Höss-Express chairlift operating hours:
9:15 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
Weekend operation:
23–25 May | 30–31 May | 4–7 June | 13–14 June (Hössbahn only)
19–20 September | 26–27 September | 3–4 October | 10–11 October | 17–18 October
