The Hinterstoder Adventure World
Play, marvel, and experience nature with all your senses—the Hinterstoder Adventure World turns the mountain into the region’s biggest adventure playground. Together with our mascot, exciting challenges, a variety of play stations, and plenty of surprises await visitors of all ages.

Marble Runs
On your marks, get set, go!
Our marble runs at the gondola’s mid-station, at the Berggasthof Höss, and at the Edtbauernalm are waiting for little explorers. Just buy a wooden marble and off you go through tunnels, curves, and exciting obstacles!
Ball price: €2 each (reusable) – available at the ball vending machine at the mountain station (2-euro coins only) as well as at the Löger Hut and the Höss-Salettl

Kids’ Mountain Rally
Go on a stamp hunt through the mountains.
Along two different routes, there are signs with a stamp pad for collecting stamps. Visit all the stations on a route and then pick up a great gift at the ticket office (valley station).
Children up to age 15 (born in 2010 or later) receive the booklet for free with the purchase of an adult or children’s lift ticket. For Pyhrn-Priel Cards (Active or Season Card), participation for children up to age 15 costs €2.00 per child.
Gold Panning
Sift, explore, and discover treasures.
Grab a gold panning bag and head to the gold panning station (at the Löger Hütt'n) to search for sparkling gemstones. An exciting experience for little treasure hunters—and a glittering souvenir to take home.

Disc Golf
A Different Kind of Golf
Disc golf combines fun, exercise, and a connection to nature. The game is played with a type of Frisbee—called a golf disc—which is thrown into disc golf baskets in as few throws as possible.
The disc golf course will be open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. again in the summer of 2026.
Disc golf discs can be rented on-site at the Höss-Salettl.
