Guests with disabilities will find well-designed facilities here—from disabled parking spaces and level entrances to wheelchair-accessible paths and huts—for a relaxing day in the mountains without obstacles.

Arrival & valley station
Comfort is guaranteed from the moment you arrive in Hinterstoder.
There are dedicated disabled parking spaces available directly at the valley station, as well as a large accessible toilet. Lockers are available in the entrance area for personal storage.

The Hössbahn
Optimal conditions for guests with special needs
Paved paths at the valley station ensure easy access and comfortable passage to the gondola.
- Lift: Spacious elevator directly to the gondola
- Use: Also suitable for active and electric wheelchairs
- Gondola: Level access to the gondola, folding benches
- Service: Our staff will assist you with boarding and disembarking, and the gondola can be stopped if necessary

Circular routes
Short distances, impressive views
Around the Hössbahn mountain station, there are short adventure trails with magnificent views that are easy to walk on and barrier-free.
- Edtbauernalm loop
with Hössbahn → via Triforet on asphalt road → towards Edtbauernalm
- Löger Hütt'n loop (to HössExpress)
with Hössbahn → via Triforet on asphalt road → towards Löger Hütt'n → on gravel path past HössExpress as far as you want
- For experienced active wheelchair users:
Panorama circuit HössExpress & Schafkogelsee
with Hössbahn → via Triforet on asphalt road → towards Löger Hütt'n → on gravel path to HössExpress → ascent with the HössExpress chairlift (our staff will help you get on and off, the chairlift can be stopped if necessary) → around Schafkogelsee
The connecting path to Schafkogelsee is more challenging, with stony ground and some steeper passages.
Toilet facilities

Persons with a disability rating of at least 70% receive a reduced ticket price upon presentation of a disability card.
If an accompanying person is listed on the card, they receive free admission.
