Hinterstoder: Höss gondola open daily from 8:30 to 16:30
Wurzeralm: cable car open Mon -Fri from 9:00 - 16:30, Sat & Sun from 08:30 to 16:30

There are no more meassures anymore, wearing a mask and keep distance is recommended.

Public restrooms can be found at the big carpark, at the bottom station of Höss gondola, at the mid-station of Höss-Express, at Kinderland, at Almlift T-bar and at the bottom station of Hösskogel chairlift. The toilets of Bärenhütte restaurant located at the mid-station are also open to the public.  

At Wurzeralm ski resort public toilets are at Arena Treff, at the top station and at the Bärenhütte restaurant.

Disinfectants are installed at the public toilets and other crucial spots at the ski resort.

All lifts (gondolas, cable car, chairlifts…) are aired during the ride the best possible. Please, do also take care of fresh air supply during the ride (open the window, open weather protection hood, etc.)!

Yes, we do have a person in charge of Corona issues, who is responsible for the planning and the implementation of the measures.

The Contact Tracing APP STOPP CORONA by the Austrian Red Cross  helps to fight the spread of COVID-19 – we recommend using this app.

                                                                                                                     

Information for Season Ticket Holders:

We do not distinguish between vaccinated and unvaccinated customers and make the purchase of a SunnyCard season ticket possible for everyone due to our refund guarantee. Your vaccination status is irrelevant when purchasing a season ticket.

In case of 1G or 2G rule at all SunnyCard partner destinations in Upper Austria and Lower Austria, we grant every unvaccinated customer a refund guarantee when purchasing a several-day ticket or a SunnyCard season ticket.

In case borders close and travel restrictions are implemented and you cannot use your season ticket, you will receive a credit voucher of the purchase price less processing fee.
